The Sculpin is a common fish caught in the Forest Grove using the Fishing Rod from Derris. It is catchable in all seasons from 11:00 - 06:00 in all types of weather. No bait is needed.
It can be found in the 2nd spot of the Pond Fish section of the Collection Book.
